Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Brand Development:
    • Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance [Company Name]’s market presence.
    • Work with the CMO to create and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention:
    • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and partnership campaigns.
    • Create and manage customer retention programs to build loyalty and increase lifetime value.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and franchise opportunities.
    • Develop sales strategies and support the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and more.
    • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the CMO and executive team.
    • Use insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualification :

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or business development are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
    • Experience in the education sector or with startups is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
