Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Course Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Social Development to join our Academic & Research team. The SME will play a critical role in designing and developing Social Development course materials that are aligned with both localized and international educational standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Course Content Development:
- Design and develop high-quality Social Development course materials for various age groups.
- Ensure all course content is aligned with educational standards and meets the needs of diverse learners.
Curriculum Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Academic & Research Officer to ensure all Social Development courses are aligned with both localized and international educational standards.
- Update and revise course materials as needed to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Research Integration:
- Conduct research on educational trends, pedagogical methods, and learning outcomes specific to Social Development.
- Integrate research findings into the development and enhancement of Social Development course content.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the Academic & Research team, including researchers and course creators.
- Provide guidance and support to educators and instructors implementing the Social Development courses.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of Social Development course materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students, parents, and educators to continuously improve Social Development course offerings.

Job Qualification :

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Social Development education are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design for Social Development courses.
- Experience working with educational standards and aligning Social Development curricula to meet those standards.
- Experience in conducting educational research and applying findings to Social Development course development.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of pedagogical methods and educational best practices for Social Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
